Free Shipping

Save when you purchase for the team or for the entire league! All orders over $100 receive free UPS ground shipping. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer shipping via United Parcel Service Ground, Second Day Air or Next Day Air.

Delivery Time

Most orders ship within a week of the order date. For custom lettering, add 2-3 weeks to processing time. Don't forget to allow for time in transit to you from the manufacturer.

Cancellations

BuyCheer makes every effort to ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been lettered or shipped.

Returns

If for any reason you would like to return any of our products, please contact our customer service department to request a Return Authorization(RA) number. We will issue refunds only if you request an RA number first. Please note: items customized with lettering are not returnable.

  • Please verify your order immediately upon receipt and report problems to BuyCheer within five days. If you did not get what you ordered or if there is a problem with the quality of the product you receive, we will make every effort to correct those problems as quickly as possible.
  • Custom lettered garments are not returnable or refundable. BuyCheer will accept returns for undecorated items within 30 days after you have received them.
  • A 15% restocking fee will be charged on any undecorated item returned in resalable condition.
  • Returned items must be shipped freight pre-paid (we will not accept COD returns). Be sure to ship using a method that can be tracked. BuyCheer will not accept any liability for items lost or damaged in shipment.
  • On a separate piece of paper, please be sure to include your name, address, daytime phone number, specific reason for the return and the RA#. Allow 10 business days for processing your return and for your credit card or Paypal account to be credited for returned items. If replacement items are desired, they will be treated as a new order.
